Next Wednesday, the 8th of April, CCMAR Seminar will feature Dr. Andrzej Tkacz who has analysed 420 sediment and water samples from the Mediterranean, Baltic, Arctic, Red, Adriatic and Atlantic (incl. Ria Formosa) using shotgun metagenomics. In this seminar, the patterns associated with seasonality, temperature, salinity, geographic location and environment will be presented. These data form part of a growing effort comprising more than 3,000 samples collected over more than three years across approximately 20 stations.
Join us to get to know Andrzej's work and also discover an interactive tool for data exploration.
