Next Wednesday, the 15th of April, CCMAR Seminar will feature Dr. João Silva and his experience within EuroMarine - an organization integrating the European marine scientific community to identify emerging research topics and innovative methodologies.
With more than 300 funded activities and 4,000 participants, EuroMarine is a platform for any researcher looking to engage in high-impact, collaborative science. This seminar will provide an overview of the network and the opportunities available through Foresight Workshops, Summer Schools, and dedicated support for early-career researchers.
About the Speaker
João Silva is co-coordinator of the ALGAE group and member of the Euromarine Steering Committee. His research focuses on the impacts of climate change on seagrasses and coralline algae, examined across ecological, physiological, and molecular levels.
