Tell us a bit about the work you will be doing at CCMAR.
I will work in the CCMAR communication office and promote CCMAR's activities and services and leverage the centre's science communication to various audiences.
With my experience in mass media and group communication, I will contribute to improving the perception of CCMAR's added value for science and public awareness on the opportunities and threats of the marine environment.
What were you doing before you joined us?
I am a Marine Biologist who embraced the mass media and became a journalist. Radio, television, and news agencies were some of the media I worked in until I returned to science and could finally dedicate myself to its dissemination.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I am a nature lover so I like to go hiking and enjoy the outdoors and travel so I can know new places.
Photography, video, and music are other passions of mine.
