ALGAESOLUTIONS develops two prototypes to improve productivity and quality of algal biomass and to develop high-value products: 1) AllPhaeo+, an algal product rich in fucoxanthin and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA); 2) AllNanno+, an algal product rich in the PUFA; 3) AtlanticNori+, an algal product rich in phycobiliproteins and PUFA; 4) ConchoNori+, an algal product rich in mycosporine-like amino acids and phycobiliproteins; and 5) CleanCulture, an early detection kit for algal contaminants.
