With a background in Biology and Science Communication, I work at the interface between scientific research and society, with the aim of making the knowledge produced at CCMAR accessible, rigorous and relevant to different audiences. My practice is based on a solid understanding of the scientific context, research processes and timelines, and the nuances of knowledge production, allowing me to keep up with scientific developments and transform results, projects and discoveries into clear, contextualised and responsible narratives.
I develop institutional and European project communication through strategies, content and campaigns for digital channels, websites, events and multimedia formats. An essential part of my work involves collaborating closely with researchers, supporting public communication of science and facilitating the connection between the scientific community and society. I believe that effective communication contributes to scientific literacy, strengthens the visibility of CCMAR and promotes lasting relationships of trust between science, partners and the external public.
