Research impact tends to be viewed through a narrow lens which limits the potential for reach and capitalization. By broadening both the view and approach to research impact, researchers can begin to expand and increase the opportunities it provides. We begin this ATT series by exploring IPR protection vs. publication and highlighting how viewing research funding from a strategic and creative perspective can expand the potential for reach, influence and impact.
