This Friday, July 19th, our PhD candidate Ana Ramalho from the research group Aquaculture will present and defend his thesis about Farmed fish as functional food: fortification strategies with health valuable compounds.
The defense will be supervised by Maria Teresa Dinis (CCMAR) and Jorge Dias (SPAROS Lda) and will take place in the Green Amphitheatre, Building 8, at 14 pm.
